The Verdigris House

A ground-up build where the scope covered every surface short of furniture — hard materials, wallpaper, lighting, and paint, selected room by room alongside David Elliot Builders. The material story is anchored by a run of green quartzite through the kitchen and wet bar (the house's namesake note of verdigris), warm white oak millwork throughout, and brass fixtures that carry the same warmth from the entry through to the primary suite. It's a useful project to look at if you're weighing a full material and finish scope without stepping into furnishing.
