Most clients fall somewhere on this spectrum. Wherever you are, we start with a walkthrough and a conversation about how the space needs to work.
Working alongside your architect and builder from the ground up — space planning, material and finish selections, lighting plans, and millwork details baked into the build itself, not bolted on after.
Reworking a space that already exists — opening up a floor plan, updating finishes, reconsidering a kitchen or bath — before a single piece of furniture goes in.
A finished shell, furnished room by room. Furniture selection and layout, lighting, rugs, textiles — sourced new and vintage, delivered and installed.
The final layer — art, objects, books, textiles, plants — that makes a room feel finished, not just furnished. Sometimes it's a light pass on a home you already love; sometimes it's the last step after we've carried a project the whole way from construction.
Every project begins with an in-home or on-site consultation, followed by a proposal scoped to the stage(s) above. From there: concept development, sourcing (including antique and vintage pieces from my own network), procurement, and installation day. Trade pricing is passed through wherever possible.
Pricing scales with the level of detail a project calls for — a light furnishing pass runs leaner than a full bespoke build with custom millwork and antique sourcing. Every proposal is itemized before work begins, so there are no surprises.
Space planning, finish selections, furniture direction; limited sourcing/coordination.
Full-service design, detailed sourcing, specifications, procurement coordination and renovation involvement.
Ground-up/new construction, extensive custom millwork, detailed construction selections, vintage/antique sourcing, installation and styling.
Estimates are a starting guide — every project gets a written proposal scoped to your square footage and finish level.
Not ready for a full proposal? Book a one-off session for a second opinion on a floor plan, help narrowing paint and material choices, or a walkthrough before you commit to a purchase. Sessions run in-home or by video call — pick the length that fits.
A quick, focused check-in — one question, one room, one decision.
Room for a full walkthrough, a broader floor plan discussion, or several smaller decisions in one sitting.
