A ground-up build where the scope stopped short of furnishing — tile, stone, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and hardware, and nothing past that. No sofas, no styling. What's here is the architecture doing the talking: waterfall marble islands, fluted oak cabinetry, a floating staircase, and a run of sculptural pendant lighting that carries through every room. It's a useful project to look at if you're weighing how far into furnishing you actually want to go.
