Sitting within a Historic Preservation Overlay Zone, The Blue Laurel was gutted down to the studs and rebuilt from the inside out — HPOZ guidelines meant only the front facade could stay, so everything behind it, hard materials, plumbing, tile, layout, was new. Once construction wrapped, we fully furnished the home room by room: art, textiles, furniture, and finishing touches from the entry foyer to a critter-print nursery.
